This 24-inch warming drawer allows you to get the versatility you want in a space-saving design that fits in the space of a standard cabinet. The warming drawer offers enhanced versatility with slow cook and bread proofing functions, helping to keep your countertops clean for other prep work.
Slow Cook Function
- can be used in place of a countertop slow cooker, eliminating the need for a separate appliance and saving counter space. It cooks food slowly at a low temperature, great for braising meats and vegetables or building flavor in stews and curries.
- takes the guesswork out of choosing heat settings for three warming drawer functions
- maintains steady low temperatures while slow cooking, warming and proofing. It uses a thermostat to monitor the heat inside the warming drawer and automatically adjusts as needed to prevent overheating.
- provides consistent low heat to help activate the yeast in dough while it proofs, promoting rise and infusing flavor. For best results, set the Humidity Slide Control to Moist while proofing.
- adjusts moisture levels in the drawer to help retain the flavor and texture of different foods. The Dry Setting lets steam escape, great for baked goods and fried foods. The Moist Setting seals in moisture, great for egg dishes, roasts and vegetables.
