Convection Cooking
- Circulates heat around the oven cavity with a 1500-watt convection element that allows baking at temperatures up to 425° F.
- Helps cook food evenly by continually rotating throughout the cooking cycle. The turntable can be stopped if, for example, the shape of the cooking dish blocks its rotation.
